New Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG with 350hp Turbo Engine and AWD Almost Completely Undisguised

The most hotly anticipated small Mercedes-Benz model since the 190E 2.3 16v (at its time, it was considered a small car for the German brand), the new A45 AMG, has been exposed for the first time with scarcely any camouflage.

In these fresh pictures, the final production model wears some black tape on the lower part of the front bumper, the grille wings, the Mercedes-Benz monikers, the center section of the rear diffuser and the side skirts, but other than that, it’s as naked as a newborn baby.

Those of you paying close attention to the new A-Class will likely have noticed that the A45 AMG's aero kit is identical to the AMG Sport styling package offered on the regular hatchback, with the only true differences between the two coming from the bigger, 18-inch multispoke alloy wheels, the honeycomb grille inserts, and the trapezoidal (instead of oval) tailpipes.

Production Alfa Romeo 4C Now Rumored to Bow at 2013 Geneva Show, Roadster to Follow

With Alfa Romeo having cried wolf one time too many in the past few years due to Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne constantly revising the company's schedule, it’s reasonable to take any news about future plans with a grain (or a truckload) of salt.

This time, a source from within the company has revealed to British publication Autocar that the mid-engined, rear-wheel drive 4C sports coupe, which has been displayed as a concept, will be unveiled in production form at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2013 and go on sale, in Europe at least, later next year.

New Opel / Vauxhall Cascada is a Stylish Mid-Size Four-Seater Convertible

Here comes the latest model from Opel and its British counterpart Vauxhall, the all-new Cascada, a mid-size convertible with ample seating for four that was officially revealed today ahead of a European market launch in March of 2013.

The Cascada is the brand's fourth new model this year following the Ampera, Mokka small crossover and Adam premium city car, and its first convertible after the demise of the smaller Astra Twin Top.

With the Cascada, Opel and Vauxhall are moving away from the compact segment and entering the mid-size sector. At 4,697mm long and 1,840mm wide, the Cascada is not only significantly bigger than the Astra Twin Top, but it's actually 71mm longer than the Audi A5 Cabrio and 85mm longer than the BMW 3-Series Convertible.

The car uses a platform derived from Astra and Insignia underpinnings sporting a 71mm longer wheelbase and front and rear tracks that are 56mm and 70mm wider respectively than the Astra Twin Top.

The company says that despite being significantly larger, the Cascada’s body is 43 per cent stiffer torsionally and 10 per cent more resistant to bending forces than its last open-topped car.

Spy Shots: All-New 2014 Infiniti G Sports Sedan Appears in its Production Outfit

The last time our scoop photographers caught up with Infiniti engineers, they were driving a test mule of the next generation G sedan outfitted with the body of the current model.

Those days are gone as Infiniti is now trying out prototypes of the new G series with its production body, albeit camouflaged under a network of plastic wraps.

Nevertheless, we can make out several details such as the crescent-cut C-pillar that we’ve already seen on several concept as well as production models from Infiniti like the JX crossover, and the "angrier" face with the marque's new signature grille and stretched headlamps.
